33hd Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before Playing

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering with, or using the 33hd platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you are acting on behalf of another person, you warrant that you have their authority to do so and that both you and that person agree to be bound by these Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 33hd with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, between you and 33hd.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to register and use 33hd, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh or are otherwise legally permitted to access the Platform from your location.
• You are registering under your own legal identity and all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
• You are not an existing 33hd account holder. Only one account per person is permitted under any circumstances.
• You are not using the Platform in a professional capacity on behalf of a third-party gambling operator or affiliate.

3 Account Registration and Management

To access any real-money games or services on 33hd, you must complete the registration process and create an account. During registration, you are required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password, and any additional information that 33hd may request for identity verification or KYC compliance purposes. You must ensure that all information provided is accurate and up-to-date throughout the lifetime of your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials (mobile number and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party.
• You must notify 33hd immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
• 33hd may suspend or terminate any account that it determines, in its sole discretion, has been used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.
• Players may request account closure at any time by contacting 33hd support. Any outstanding balance will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method subject to verification.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on 33hd are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 33hd supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at 33hd's discretion. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be updated periodically. There are no fees charged by 33hd on standard deposit or withdrawal transactions, though your mobile wallet provider may apply their own fees.

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the relevant deposit where technically possible. 33hd may request identity verification documentation before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawal processing times are typically completed within 60 seconds for verified accounts, though in some cases additional verification steps may extend this timeframe. 33hd is not liable for delays caused by mobile wallet providers or banking systems outside of 33hd's control.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

33hd may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other promotional offers to players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each offer, including wagering requirements that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. By claiming any bonus or promotion, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these Terms.

• Bonuses credited to your account must be wagered in accordance with the applicable rollover requirement before they can be converted to real-money balances available for withdrawal.
• 33hd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time prior to a player claiming it.
• Only one bonus may be active in a player's account at any given time unless otherwise specified in the offer terms.
• 33hd may cancel any bonus and void associated winnings if it determines that a player has attempted to exploit or abuse the bonus system through any means, including multi-accounting, coordinated betting, or any other prohibited activity.

Seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL cricket season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh are subject to their own specific promotional terms which will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 33hd and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Creating multiple accounts (multi-accounting) or allowing other persons to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical tools to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes or otherwise gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or chargeback abuse.

7 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33hd platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audio-visual materials — is owned by or licensed to 33hd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse-engineer, publish, transmit, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the 33hd platform without prior written consent from 33hd. Unauthorised use of 33hd's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

8 Responsible Gaming

33hd is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all eligible adult players. By using the Platform, you acknowledge that online gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you are solely responsible for the decisions you make while using the Platform.

• Players may set deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and cooling-off periods directly through their account settings.
• Players may request a self-exclusion period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of a verified request.

9 Limitation of Liability

33hd does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 33hd will make reasonable efforts to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall first be referred to 33hd's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause limits 33hd's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

11 Amendments to These Terms

33hd reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When significant changes are made, registered players will be notified via their registered mobile number or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The effective date of any revision will be indicated at the top of the updated Terms document.

Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and may request account closure by contacting support.

12 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the original intent of the parties.

14 Language of Agreement

These Terms are prepared and presented in the English language. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version of these Terms and any translated version, the English version shall prevail and be the authoritative text for all purposes.

15 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the 33hd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 33hd with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties of any kind, whether written or oral, with respect to such subject matter. No waiver by 33hd of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition.
